Minutes from our last meeting of the year

We had a short meeting tonight. Here are a few items that we discussed:

1. Cookie giveaway
Next semester, we'll continue giving away cookies at Tim Hortons to people who bring mugs. Hopefully it would encourage and remind people to do so.

2. Utensil Rental Project
We can order 100 plates and cups with a student group at University de Montreal who is doing a similar project. This way we can get a better price. We'll also be getting forks, knives and some kitchen supplies from second hand stores. And also some bins to carry and store the utensils.
QPIRG can give us a maximum of $250 and the rest will possibly be funded by SSMU campus life fund.

3. First meeting next semester
We'll have our first meeting next semester on Friday, Jan 5th at Benelux, which is a funky pub located at 245 Sherbrooke O.
